always a girl scout. My favorite badges were the wildlife and science badges. I think that is why I collect things and then proceed to classify and catalog them. I found a little glass top shadow box and I keep it full of bits and baubles on my work table in the studio until I know what to do with them. I also have started a little collection of blown glass bird vases that I use for cuttings and propagation of succulents. The first picture is a collection of things I found in the backyard within about ten minutes of each other, robin's eggs and wren eggs. The last is some amazing vintage Girl Scout fabric I found from the late 50's. In the Home shop now.
