If you're young at heart

Truly one of kind, sort of amazing Disney Sailor dress coming to the shop in the morning. A 1950s home economics project, hand-sewn with metal zipper at bust.

Heavy cotton with the cutest sleeves. The maker then hand-penned 8 inch Disney characters along the back of the collar, the left bust and all long the skirt front and back.

Included are Dopey, Snow White, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse (twice), Minnie Mouse, Betty Boop, Pluto, Charlie McCarthy, Olive Oil and Popeye.

For the young at heart. A great piece of wearable folk art from the 50s.

  1. How wild is that dress!? Snow White looks a little like Snow White a la R. Crumb. Fun find!

  2. lol. Yeah, all of the other characters look great. Maybe Snow was the first one she did or maybe she had a problem with drawing lips : )
